FIDE FORUM is pleased to inform you that we are collaborating with PIDM to conduct a virtual sharing session primarily for Board of Directors ("BODs") of Deposits Taking-Members (“DTMs”) on Recovery and Resolution Planning (“RRP”). The sharing session is facilitated by an international expert in RRP, Ms. Kavita Kumar Berns from Enlighten Global Consulting Ltd. We welcome Member Directors across all sub-sectors to join the virtual sharing session should you interested to learn more about this topic. In this sharing session, we will discuss, among others, the following areas:

1. What is Recovery and Resolution Planning (“RRP”), its benefits and intended outcomes?

2. What are the international approaches and developments in RRP Implementation?

3. How is Malaysian approach to RRP implementation different (particularly on the approach to Resolution Planning by PIDM)?

4. In view of the above, what is the role of Board of Directors in the implementation of RRP?

5. What conversations should take place between the Board of Directors and Senior Management to determine the DTM’s level of crisis preparedness?
