FIDE FORUM embarked on a new Directors' remuneration study to identify the following:

  • Views and perceptions of the framework outlined in the 2010 Study, the extent of its adoption.

Board Leadership Framework for FIs in Malaysia 2016

FIDE FORUM's Board Leadership Profile assesses potential Board candidates, provides an avenue to conduct a targeted search based on advanced criteria and populates the FIDE FORUM Directors Registry. The profile helps increase member visibility and is designed for easy navigation by financial institutions.

Directors Register 2016

Directors Register aims to provide a new source of Board talent for LFIs to select candidates for directorship appointment, in addition to the existing practice of sourcing candidates through personal networks or recommendations. This publication details the selection process employed by FIDE FORUM in identifying Board talent who can assume the role and responsibilities of Directors of LFIs for admission to the Directors Registers.
