NETWORKING MODULE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By opting-in for the use of the Networking Module, you agree to be bound by the Networking Module Terms and Conditions, which are to be read in conjunction with the general Terms of Use and Disclaimer and Privacy Policy of FIDE FORUM’s Network. To the extent of any inconsistency between the Networking Module Terms and Conditions and the general Terms of Use and Disclaimer, these Networking Module Terms and Conditions will prevail in respect of the use of the Networking Module.

Content in the Networking Module

By opting-in for the use of the Networking Module, you agree that your professional information, including but not limited to your name, title and directorships, will be made available in the Networking Module and is accessible to other users of the Networking Module. While FIDE FORUM endeavour to provide information as accurately and currently as possible, FIDE FORUM makes no representation or warranties of any kind as to the accuracy or completeness of the information in the Networking Module.

You may also submit content (“User’s Contents”) by providing a self-description which will be made available to other users in the Networking Module or by posting messages to other users through the private messaging service provided for users of the Networking Module. You are solely responsible for the User’s Contents submitted by you and you agree to indemnify FIDE FORUM for any claim resulting from or relating to the User’s Content. You acknowledge that FIDE FORUM does not pre-screen the User’s Contents, but that FIDE FORUM shall have the right (but not the obligation) to edit or delete all or any part of the User’s Contents if FIDE FORUM in its sole discretion is of the view that such content violates the terms of the Network or is objectionable.

FIDE FORUM does not make any representation or warranty as to the use of information, security, confidentiality or functionality of the Networking Module, including the private messaging service. The use of the Networking Module is at your own risk and FIDE FORUM shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, howsoever caused, as a result of the use of the Networking Module.

Opting-out

By opting-out of the Networking Module, your information will no longer be available to the other users of the Networking Module.

You will also no longer be able to access the private messaging service provided for users of the Networking Module. Users who had previously exchanged messages with you will still have access to the message history but will not be able to post any new message to such exchange.

The qualification of a Group Corporate Member, subject to the approval of the Board, shall be a member of a Financial Group whose Board of Directors (current and new) is required by BNM to complete the FIDE Programme under their respective entities; and has made the payment of an annual subscription fee of RM100,000 per annum.

Financial Group means a financial holding company or corporation and of the related companies or corporations within its group which are primarily engaged in financial services or other services in connection with or for such financial services, including at least one Financial Institution.

Kindly note that membership application is subject to approval by FIDE FORUM's Board of Directors.

Membership application approval is at the discretion of FIDE FORUM's Board of Directors. Unsuccessful applications will receive a full refund.
