FIDE FORUM has initiated another game changing initiative!
It is critical for today’s Boards of financial institutions to continuously monitor and review their contribution and effectiveness given the challenges and disruptions in the industry. Performing a periodic Board effectiveness evaluation is an essential tool to help Boards identify what works, what could be improved and what needs to be changed.
FIDE FORUM is pleased to inform that the Board of FIDE FORUM chaired by Tan Sri Samad has committed to conduct a study on Board Effectiveness with the objective of developing a robust Board effectiveness evaluation framework for financial services industry in Malaysia.
This study aims to deliver a practical and fit-for-purpose framework that is focused on the most important and decisive aspects that influence a Board’s performance that can be easily adopted by financial institutions. More importantly, the study seeks to establish sustainable practices to drive meaningful change in today’s Boards.
