FIDE FORUM is pleased to inform that the Board of FIDE FORUM chaired by Tan Sri Samad has committed to conduct a study on Board Effectiveness with the objective of developing a robust Board effectiveness evaluation framework for financial services industry in Malaysia. This study aims to deliver a practical and fit-for-purpose framework that is focused on the most important and decisive aspects that influence a Board’s performance that can be easily adopted by financial institutions.
