Breakfast Talk: Leveraging AI in the Fight Against Financial Crime
In an increasingly complex financial landscape, the fight against financial crime has never been more critical. Financial crime, including money laundering, fraud, and cybercrime, poses significant threats to the global economy. Traditional methods of detection and prevention are often insufficient due to the sophisticated tactics employed by criminals. The sheer volume of transactions and data makes it nearly impossible for manual processes to effectively identify suspicious activities.
Please join us for a breakfast talk to discuss the pivotal role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in combating financial crime with a focus on the challenges faced in the Anti-Financial Crime (AFC) space, current AI applications, and key considerations when acquiring AI systems.
